I've started this blog to track my new ventures into loom knitting. A friend at work gave me a scarf she had loom knitted and told me how easy it was. It is beautiful! I bought my Knifty Knitter looms in December and I'm now addicted! There is a large loom knitting community on the internet and I'm already making new friends and taking online classes! Here is my first loom knitted item - a shawl using Light and Lofty yarn on the Knifty Knitter purple knitting board. I used the figure 8 stitch that is in the looms instructions.
